Kepemilikan atas AI terdiri dari Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand International Company Limited (EGATi), perusahaan listrik negara Thailand, dan PT Alam Tri Abadi, anak perusahaan AE, dengan porsi 11,5% dan 88,5%. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to supervise and monitor the financial data and activities for projects undertaken by company, including company interests in the project consortium through bidding, development and or implementation stages, financial close and the post financial close activities to facilitate TOP Management decisions.
- Lead financing activities for company's projects, including devising workable financing plan; project structuring to mitigate project risk to acceptable level; selecting and negotiating with potential lenders on loan documentation; coordinating lenders due diligence and satisfaction of condition precendent; and ongoing reporting to lenders.
- Supervise the financing activities for projects undertaken by company during the feasibility study, bidding and development process as part of the development team, including bankability and risk analysis to ensure the coherent and consistent of the due diligence process.
- Lead the preparation of company's projects risk analysis for reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Supervise and train his subordinates in Financial Model assumptions, the bankability and risk analysis in order to facilitate business decisions.
- Supervise and train subordinates in structuring of the project agreements (eg. PPA, EPC, Coal Supply, O&M) and the consultancy agreements with third party advisors (eg. Lenders' legal advisor, technical advisor, coal advisor, insurance advisor, etc) in order to facilitate business decisions.
- Review and establish the financial system, policies, standard operating procedures and models (such as compliance procedures and corporate governance also risk management processes) in order to comply with the Government rules.
- Provide solutions to the superior and recommend improvements to support the Company and subsidiaries projects.
- Do other work assigned by the superior to support the Company and subsidiaries projects.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Finance
- Preferably having exposure in Project Management
- Have exposure with financial modelling of Infrastructure Project, preferably from Renewable or Power Plant Project
- Preferably have good knowledge of Loan Management, Risk Analysis, Structuring and Sourcing of Financing
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
