Senior Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Professional Engineer License is a must.
- Min. 7 years of experience in the petrochemical industry or in the related field.
- Understand project specification. code & standard (API, ASME. etc.)
- Understand all technical drawing such as P &ID. General Arrangement, Equipment Section Drawing. etc.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment. piping construction, pre comissioning PLTU, Oil & Gas.
- Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and effectively manage cross-functional assignments and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team engineering proposal to prepare documents needed.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparation.
- Develop mechanical data sheet. requisition for equipment.
- Perform Technical Bid Evaluation to select qualified vendor.
- Supervise the installation based on engineering data and drawing.
Proposal Coordinator
Requirements:
- Hold atleast Diploma or Bachelor Degree in - Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in the same field. -
- Understand P&lD. PFD.
- Understand FAT (Factory Acceptance Test}& SAT - (Site Acceptance Test).
- Understand HTRI.
- Understand HAZOP & HAZID
- Understand design engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and - effectively manage all proposal on going or new
proposal
Responsibilities:
- Do the preparation. run test, trial test. performance test of all utility equipment.
- Coordinate with team engineering proposal to
prepare documents needed.
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparation.
- Develop mechanical data sheet, requisition for equipment.
- Perform Technical Bid Evaluation to select qualified vendor.
- Supervise the installation based on engineering data and drawing.
- Report the project to Project Manager and/or Department Head.
Proposal Engineer
Requirements:
- Hold atleast Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
- Preferably have 5 years of experience on engineering projet and construction.
- Having experience on drafting, structure calculation, cost estimation, and budgeting is preferred
- Able to operate Computer Software including Office, AutoCAD, BIM, SAP.
- Able to read Architecture drawing and provide detail drawing accordingly.
- Good communication skill.
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare system proposal for the client based on the system specification team information.
- Provide detail drawing or system drawing as required.
- Prepare all documents and items needed by the client such as product brochure, hand samples, price list, technical manual, drawing. etc.
- Doall the related administrative work such as filling, copy. printing. scanning. and send documents by email and/or courier.
Senior Estimator Engineer
Requirements:
- Hold atleast Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
- Preferably have 5 years of experience on engineering projet and construction.
- Calculate RAB & RAP.
- Calculate building volume.
- Calculate building materials.
- Update to cost development of building materials.
- Able touse AutoCAD.
- Have problem-solving skill.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare material estimation in pre contract stage.
- Review detail construction drawing.
- Prepare strength calculation.
- Prepare project timeline.
- Prepare final account project.
- Prepare budget costing and report to Commercial Manager after completion of estimation.
Leader / Mechanical Piping Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Max. 45 years of age.
- Professional license in PMP, CAPM, CMPM or related is a must.
- Min. 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in leading project team.
- Knowledge of CAESAR, PV Elit. etc.
- Knowledge of 3D Modelling & workshop documentation.
- Knowledge of Ms. Project, Ms. Office, and Internet.
- Have agood communication in English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Review data/design.
- Conduct end-to-end project.
- Calculate and design.
Process Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related.
- Have 3 years of experience in projects as process engineer/document controller.
- Able to operate Ms. Office and SAP System.
- Able to troubleshooting design analysis and assessment related to process.
- Able to do technical calculation, creating data sheet. standard operation procedure.
- Familiar with code and applicable regulations.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, HYSIS, and similar software.
Responsibilities:
- Design calculation in role thermodynamics, Heat Exchanges. fluid mechanical, chemical reaction, energy, and mass balance.
- Developing, configuring. and optimizing industrial process from inception through start up and certification and decide for critical issue for design and changes.
- Proceed for functional description for Automation Process Systems.
- Provide process documentation and operating instruction (mass balance, calculation, line list. equipment list, calculation data sheet).
- Assist project team during planning and execution.
