production of Wetar Copper started in 2010, consists of open pit mine, associated heap leach
operation and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) plant which produces copper metal.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (Merdeka Copper Gold Group) is seeking suitable candidates in HR Dept. as a COMBEN & HRIS SPECIALIST (Code: CHS).Overview:
This role is responsible for the whole process of payroll with ensure compliance with the regulations and do in timely manner.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess min. a Bachelor in Statistic, Mathematic, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.
- Have min. 3 years experience as Payroll & Comben Specialist.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel.
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software is beneficial.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation.
- Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island - Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated as far as PoH).
