Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Project Engineering Automation, you will be responsible for quality of overall Factory Automation System, specifically of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) both on hardware and software.
A day in the life of...
- Reports directly to Project Manager Electrical & Automation and has extensive contact with users and contractors (External System Integrator and Key Supplier)
- Work closely with all streams (Application Group, Quality Assurance, Safety Health & Environment, and Production) to ensure Manufacturing Execution System (MES) could fulfill all requirements
- Ensure Factory Automation System (FAS) is always complied and updated according to the latest standard
- Ensure Business Contingency Plan (BCP) with its Factory Floor Middle Ware (FFMW) is always online all the time
- Build and maintain good relationship with Technical Competence Unit (TCU) either for technical assistance or software update
- Minimum Bachelor of Control System / Informatics / Electronic Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant position will be advantage
- Have Minimum Intermediate Level of English speaking and writing communication skills

Tipping Operator merupakan suatu posisi di line proses yang bertugas melaksanakan operasional untuk melakukan persiapan bahan baku yang akan digunakan di area proses dengan kualitas yang baik dan dengan kuantitas yang benar.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab meliputi:
- Memahami dan mengimplementasikan aspek Kualitas, Keselamatan, Kesehatan pada Lingkungan kerja serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam menerapkan perilaku keselamatan / Behavior Based Safety (BBS)
- Memastikan kebersihan peralatan dan area kerja sebelum dan setelah melakukan aktifitas produksi
- Memahami dengan jelas mengenai produk dan prosedur produksi yang berlaku serta target produksi yang perlu dicapai
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin - mesin di area Tipping sesuai dengan standar operasional yang berlaku
- Melakukan serah terima informasi dan aktifitas kepada rekan kerja lain pada saat pertukaran shift / Shift Hand Over (SHO)
- Melakukan transaksi terhadap material yang digunakan ke dalam sistem SAP
- Memantau dan memonitor limbah yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi
- Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Basic Machine Technology, HACCP, GMP, dan 5S menjadi nilai tambah.

- Managing end-to-end Bandaraya Factory facility manpower in collaboration with service providers according to Nestlé Guidelines
- Ensuring the employee services and facilities are in place (transportation, uniform, safety shoes, locker room, social block)
- Building and maintaining good relationship with local authorities
- Managing administration that is related to SAP, legal contract for the outsourcing services
- Minimum Bachelor of Law or Management, any major is welcome to apply
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant position
- Understand the practice of Manpower Law
- Have proficient skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Has a good networking especially with the authority would be an added value
- Passionate in sustainable business practice (environment, waste management, energy, etc.)
- Have Minimum Intermediate Level of English speaking and writing communication skills
