Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Data Analytics Analyst [PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk]KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop predictive analytics modeling and Visual Dashboard
- Collect, process and validate data for system building and analysis
- Identify and analyze data using statistical techniques
- Prepare reports on predictive analytics results and display valuable insights that support business decision-making processes
- Minimum S1 majoring in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Informatics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of data analytics/ business analytics
- Experienced in modeling predictive analytics
- Mastering the programming language R or Python
- Able to present data reports and dashboards in an informative manner, and can communicate them well
- Proficient in Tableau/PowerBI, and SQL is preferred
- Have an understanding related to the telecommunications business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and handling the functional specifications, system development, installation, system Integration, and implementation of the test.
- Handling projects related to IT Business Analyst to ensure the project is on target.
- Creating design computer programs documents program design, program coding, and maintenance to address specific business needs as well as allowing changes in the future.
- Consultation to determine the needs and internal needs analysis for IT to provide solutions in a timely and accurate at the results
- Min. S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having min. 3 Year of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SQL Server, C#, VB.Net, ASP.net, Oracle Application Server, MVC, ERP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Responsible to Analyze Business Requirement Document
- Compile Functional Spesification Document
- Conduct User Acceptance Test
- Min. S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having min. 4 year of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills: IT Project Management, SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fast response and multi-tasking.
Network Control & Assurance Analyst [PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk]
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the differences in BoQ and Configuration in the plan and actual implementation
- Ensure the number of sites available on the operator's system
- Ensure timely availability of PR/PO for TBIG Products
- Ensure the suitability of the number of Minutes of Handover with the CME Order
- Ensure Addwork partner release
- S1 Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Having experience as Project Control Min. 2 years
- Able to process data on Ms. Excel
- Able to make reporting on Ms. power point
