PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk., didirikan pada tahun 2006 dan saat ini tercatat sebagai salah satu perusahaan penyedia menara telekomunikasi independent terkemuka di Indonesia dari segi jumlah menara telekomunikasi yang dimiliki. Awalnya bisnis inti Perseroan fokus pada penyewaan menara telekomunikasi untuk penempatan antena dan perangkat pendukung lain kepada operator telekomunikasi, yang dikenal dengan Base Transceiver Station (BTS) dengan skema perjanjian kontrak sewa jangka panjang yang rata- rata berjangka waktu sekitar 10 tahun.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

1. Check, monitor, and ensure all billing process are recorded.
2. Ensure billing/ invoice are collected on-time.
3. Meeting & Follow up issues billing to other Department.
4 Visit to Customer for long AR Overdue
5. Review AR overdue balance and ensure no outstanding AR.
6. Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept. regarding customer accounts on a timely basis

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Section Head / Supervisor Handling Finance AR/ in the related field.
3. Mastering Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel, minimum intermediate level) and SAP.
4. Having experience handling account receivable, billing & collection from telecommunication, internet service provider, IT, network company or any related industry
5. Accurate person, diligent, like to work with data and number, detail-

IT Operation - Infrastructure
1. Perform support as well as regular/preventive maintenance for office related  equipment (Firewall, Server, Router, Switch, Access Point, PABX, CCTV, etc).
2. Perform user support (email, PC & Laptop troubleshooting, Projector, Audio Conference System, IP Phone, etc)
3, Manage network administration including troubleshooting and configuration
4, Monitor system healthy check
5. Analyze current environment and provide improvement plan

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT / Information Systems /Computer or Telecommunication Engineering or related discipline from a reputable university.
2, More than S years of working experience in an established organization.
3. Good knowledge on IP network, Firewall, Server / Router maintenance, Network Management and Microsoft products (Active Directory, Ms. Office, etc).
4. Having good skills in PC/ laptop (Windows & MAC) environment troubleshooting.
5. Having knowledge in PABX system is preferred.
6. Experience as infra & helpdesk support in end-user environment.
7. Open minded and willing to do extra mile to deliver good result.

Procurement & Vendor Management Officer
1.Work closely with Users (Planning, Engineering, Project, etc) to understand the specification of material/equipment to be purchased
2. Prepare and execute the purchase of materials and services
3.Seek vendor, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in the terms of price, quality, delivery time, warranty and also terms and conditions related services
4. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy and specifications
5. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents
6. Monitor and coordinate delivery of item between vendor to ensure on time delivery
7. Monitor PO approval process internally
8. Maintain vendor database
9. Receive vendor assessment and code of conduct legality document for new suppliers
10.Evaluate performance of vendor
11. BOQ checking
12. Relationship building with existing vendor

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent)
2. At least 3 years of working experience in procurement or project coordinator for tower business
3. Ability to negotiate, deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations or people
4.Possess good technical knowledge, skill, and experience in Tower Telecommunication Company
5.Have good knowledge in Civil
6. Have good knowledge and extensive network or link about service suppliers related Telecommunication Business (Telecommunication equipment, CME, maintenance or services)
7.Ability to work effectively and meet established goals within the specified deadline, while maintain good quality at all the times
8.Good command in Ms. Office especially Excel
9.Have good communication skill, honest, and proactive
10.Familiar mwith SA P system will be an advantage
