Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Position : Procurement Supervisor
Location : Head Office, Tb. Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan
Responsibility:

1. Able to identify potential and non-potential vendors, vendor survey and perform vendor assessment;
2. Maintain good relationship with existing vendor;
3. Able to classify and analyze products referring to Kraljic Matrix;
4. Conduct procurement tender process from end to end process;
5.Conduct procurement flow process from end to end process;
6. Mastering export import regulations.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree ($1) from reputable university, majoring Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
2. Min. 3 years of relevant experience in manufacture, mining, energy, logistic and project engineering industry;
3. Hands-on experience with Acppac/Sage 300 and SAP;
4, Understand Kraljic Matrix Concept;
5. Good analyze and negotiation skill;
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
7. Willing to work at our Head Office in Jakarta Selatan.
