PT Prager Kencana Services (Mining Contractor and Heavy Equipment Rental)
Port Operation Manager (POM)
Assignment : Site Based Kapuas-Central Kalimantan
Requirements:
1. Male, with minimal 5 years working experience in this related field in mining company
2. Have bachelor’s degree in mining or others relevant engineering.
3. Max 45 years old
4. Detailed Experience & understanding in coal cargo handling, port operations, mining & hauling operations, Stockpile coal management, knowledge in marine survey
5. Accountable for ensuring that an appropriate assessment of health, safety, security and environment (HSE) risk is included as part of work planning
6. Able to work under pressure, strong interpersonal, excellent communication skill and endurance in achieving target as required.
Recruiter (RECRUITER)
Assignment : Head Office, Kelapa Gading - Jakarta Utara
Requirements:
1. Minimal 5 years working experience in this related field in mining company
2. Have bachelor’s degree in Psychology
3. Max 30 years old
4. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
5. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
6. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
7. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
8. Familiarity with HR databases, and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong decision-making skills
