PT Chuhatsu Indonesia (PT CHI) merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi komponen suku cadang yang digunakan untuk kendaraan beban angkut jenis beroda empat atau lebih. PT CHI memiliki beberapa jenis produk. Produk tersebut terdiri dari leaf spring, cold coil, hot coil, stabilizer. Leaf spring atau pegas daun merupakan salah satu komponen dalam sistem suspensi. Fungsi suspensi adalah untuk menyerap kejutan, getaran, dan oskilasi yang diterima dari permukaan jalan yang tidak rata, sehingga tidak diteruskan ke badan kendaraan..

General Affair Staff Vacancy – PT. Chuhatsu Indonesia
We are PMA Japan Automotive component company, seeking and inviting candidates to fill the General Affair senior staff Vacancy with requirements as follow:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree any major.
- At least 2 Year of working experience as General Affair in factory industry, required for japan company.
- Having good knowledge in building maintenance and company assets.
- Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Highly responsible, motivated and independent
- Attention to detail, good leadership & communication skill.
- Great communication skill hard worker, productive, responsible and able to work under pressure
1. Manage the vendors for contracted work such as security, gardening & cleaning services, pest control, drinking water and office machinery. Recommend options for improvement, value-add and cost savings.
2.Managing all GA related matters such as building maintenance, company assets, office supply, insurances, housekeeping, vehicles operational etc.
3. Review and improve the security procedures for the site; the screening and search practices at the gate sign-in and improve the procedures for sign-in at the front desk.
4. Preparing SOP, work schedule and the technical process of company’s asset maintenance management .
5. Contribute to the ISO’s requirement related with GA matters.
6. Maintaining good relationship with vendors related to the General Affair.
