- Give a full support to production department to solve / trouble shoot the problem, maintain, and improve the operation of all electrical and automation related machineries, to ensuring the smooth running/ operation of the factory
- Working together with shift mechanical for the certain cases. Reports directly to Automation and Electrician Area Engineer of Production Supervisor during the night shift.
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 1 (one) year of working experience in related field / position
- Adequate knowledge on PLC (how to read ladder diagram) and control system, good knowledge on instrumental and control signal standard

A day in the life of...
- Ensure warehouse operations are handled effectively, reducing the cost, and in line with good standard practices and comply with the No Return Policy
- Control stock of substandard and damaged goods in the warehouse. Ensure that scrap products are destroyed in line with company guidelines
- Set training programs for the team and outsourced staff on how to handle inbound, outbound and transferred goods in the warehouse
- Perform Daily Cycle Count, Monthly Stock Taking
- Set work instructions for goods handling process to be in line with Nestle safety and environmental standards. Supervise daily operations and solve exceptions
- Ensure all Claims, Complaints and Refusals are properly captured in SAP and perform smooth communication to all functions involved
- Monitor stock levels and proactively inform to QA and FICO for the material reject and material near the expired to avoid write off
- Develop and improve operational systems to minimize loss and costs in co-ordination with other departments, such as production
- Ensure with service provider that they could develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, development, and motivation of assigned personnel. Conduct merit review on a timely basis
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any Engineering or supply chain management
- Excellent in English both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and people development
- Able to operate Ms. Office, SAP Material Handling, and Inventory Cycle Count
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Familiar with Good Warehouse Practice

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industry, Mechanical or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Having at least 5 years working experience in related field / position
- Having good communication, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, mechanical/ electrical, analytical, and problem solving.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
- Able to work in team and individually
- Willing to be place in Karawang Factory
- Ready to work in all shift schedule
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Support colleagues across quality management in market, technical & production by performing: .
Laboratory methods and practices:
- Correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment to carry out analyses, internal and external quality control
- Monitor the competence of analysts to perform the required analysis
- Correct and on time reporting of results to customers and the follow-up of any customer complaints
- Manage the analyst’s training plan and development needs
- Validate and establish validation dossiers for new and existing methods according to Nestlé validation standards
- Select, organize, and follow up analyses performed by subcontracted labs
- Assist factories in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring, and Good Laboratory Practice
- Support factories in implementing method updates, alternative methods and in establishing monitoring plans
- Responsible for the adequate follow-up on results of proficiency tests and interlaboratory comparisons
- Responsible for performing root cause analysis in case of poor results and in applying corrective action
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of Microbiology
- Lab experience in performing analyses in the specific area of competence
- Familiar with ISO 17025
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent English both written and spoken
- Able to set priorities and delegate activities.
- At ease with statistics
