PT. Yummy Food Utama are looking for HR Staffwith requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same field.
- Detailed, precise, and can work with little supervision.
- Strong in analysis and problem solving.
- Have good communication skills.
- Willing to work in Ciracas, East Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Conduct a comprehensive recruitment & selection process.
- Implement employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Carry out the administration of employee assessment along with the process of mutation, promotion, rotation and demotion of employees.
- Assist monthly payroll by preparing employee attendance.
- Perform administrative functions of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handling BPJS-Kesehatan starting from registering to discharging employees.
- Review and update the Organizational Structure and Job Description every year.
- Assisting the administration related to the legality of the company.
