PT SMART TBk (SMART) adalah salah satu perusahaan publik produk konsumen berbasis kelapa sawit yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka di Indonesia yang berkomitmen pada produksi minyak sawit yang berkelanjutan.

Perkebunan kelapa sawit SMART mencakup lebih dari 138,000 hektar (termasuk plasma).  Aktivitas utama kami adalah penanaman dan pemanenan pohon kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar (TBS) menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit, dan pemrosesan CPO menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 5 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit dan 4 pabrik rafinasi di Indonesia.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

PT. SMART, Tbk. (Group Sinarmas) is looking for Operations Accelerator with the qualification.

Job Description:

1. To perform accurate and timely service reporting across all towers, including internal and client service performance
2. Working closely with Operations Excellence and Tower Leaders to obtain customers feedback on management reporting requirements and overseeing the entire design, build and test and implementation of reports with all relevant parties (both internal and external).
3. Translating business requirements to technical specifications to design reports that meet customer requirements.
4. Collaborating with SMEs and technical solutions teams in the design, build, test and implementation of the reporting solutions.
5. To perform accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting. Special attention will be paid to also ensure that reporting integrity is maintained as the source system or business environment evolves.
6. To check the information produced for reporting is proactively keeping pace with GBS and/or customer demands.
7. To perform ad hoc projects and develop materials for management meetings.
8. Perform analysis, identify key issues and relationships, conduct investigations into reasons for variances, exceptions or discrepancies.
9. Analyze service delivery such that agreed service levels and budgetary guidelines defined in the relevant Service Level Agreements.
10. To ensure accurate and timely service reporting across all towers, including internal performance and client service performance

1. At least bachelor degree in computer science/ IT from reputable university
2. Have a good analytical thinking
3. Excellent communication is a must.
4. Willing to be located in Jakarta
