Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
At least 5 years experience in the same position
Preferably specialized in MEP
Having knowledge, in Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing
Proficient in Ms. Office and strong report

MEP QC
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / related field
At least 3 - 5 years experience in MEP
Understand general safety practices
Understand code & standard
Lead and monitor of working progress,
Ensure quality control of work/project
Prepare project progress reports to Project Director

Quantity Surveyor / Material Control
Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least 3 to 5 years experience
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
Able to analyze financial records, and apply data to improve results
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Able to analyze problems and strategies for better solutions

Field Technician (FMCG Equipment)
-Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineer
-Have experiences in FMCG Equipment (Filler, Palletizer, Case Packer, Case sealer and their spare parts) Preferable
-Well-versed in Plant layout/P&ID/Block drawings
-Floor walk-down to identify Assets at floor based on the given information like Equipment name/Service/Make/Model/Usage Area
-Physical tagging of Assets and taking photographs
-Understand and communicate in English
-Contract Based
Field Engineer (FMCG Equipment)
-Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineer
-Have experiences in FMCG Equipment (Filler, Palletizer, Case Packer, Case sealer and their spare parts) Preferable
-Able to read P&ID'S/ Equipment drawings / Block diagrams
-Identification of equipment in the floor with respect to available information (Make / Model / Serial number / Description
-Able to correlate changeover/spare parts to the parent equipment
-Experience in SAP modules to review details from Purchase orders / Internal orders / Preventive maintenance data to identify equipment
-Consolidation of Asset information to order Asset tags for equipment/Assets
-Coordination with field technician for Asset tagging activity
-Excellent communication skills
