Initiatives are taken by PT Pos Indonesia to revitalize this SBU through the recruitment of professionals in the logistics sector and business consultation assistance in formulating business strategy and positioning.
Pos Logistics as 3th Party Logistics Solutions provides logistics solutions for business customers segment (B2B) and providing retail services cargo logistics for the retail customer segment (B2C). Our target market are : Automotive, Consumer goods, Chemical, Pharmacy, Fashion, Postal & Courier, Government, Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas, Agribusiness, and Heavy equipment.
Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Pos Logistics is currently looking for a Human Capital Development Assistant Manager.
• Updating organization structure, job description and KPI. Identify opportunities for performance, developing and implementing high impact talent program.
• Identify employee metrics, propose and implement aneffective development plan (including learning programs,coaching, mentoring).
• Responsible for meeting employee requests (recruitment). Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
• Male/ Female max 30 y.o.
• Bachelor Degree of Psychology.
• Having experience as a trainer is a plus.
• Having experience and good knowledge in psychological test.
• Skills in google data studio or any dash-boarding software is a plus.
• Experience in supervisor level in the same field min 3 years .
• Willing to work extra mile to produce work of high standards .
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills .
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Excellence in Google Chrome.
• Can work individually or a team.
• having experiance in Co1orate Transformation project is a plus .
