Posisi dan Kualifikasi
1. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER- Bachelor Degree as minimum education background
- Active Communication in English Fluently
- Have experience in Regional Sales Manager minimum 8 years and or as National Sales Manager for 4 years
- Have planning program how to improve marketing and sales in same frame target
- Will be more priority who stay in Medan
- Will be more priority for experiences from FCMG
- Have good attitude and ready work in target local market in high performance
- Bachelor Degree as minimum education background
- Active Communication in English Fluently
- Have experience as HSE Manager minimum 5 years
- Strategical Thinking
- Have planning HSE Program comprehensive
- Will be more priority who stay in Medan
- Have valid certification General Expert Health Safety in Working ( AK3 Umum ) to be more priorit
- Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering as minimum Education Background
- Have experience minimum 10 years as in same position from same process compan
- English communication fluently to be priority
- Have good attitude and strong team leadership in arranging all resources
- Have good knowledge in SAP
- Have good knowledge in developing and empowering man power in effective and efficient
- Active in developing and increasing achievement target product from Shortening Margarine Plant, Filling Plant and Packaging Plant
- Have good knowledge for performance management team
- Bachelor Degree from Electric / Mechanic, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering as minimum education background
- Active Communication in English Fluently
- Have experience as Production Supervisor Shortening Margarine / Packaging Plant
- Active in giving idea and problem solving to develop plant and man power
- Will be more priority who stay in Medan
- Have certification for training awareness of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and 22000
- Have good attitude and strong team leadership in arranging all resources
- Familiar in SAP to be priority
- Bachelor Degree from Chemist, Chemist Industry, Chemical Engineering as minimum Education Background
- Have experience minimum 5 years
- Active, Energic and Innovative for any idea in controlling and reduce customer complaint
- English communication fluently to be priorityHave good attitude and strong team leadership in arranging all resources
- Stay in Medan
- Have good knowledge in SAP
- Have good knowledge in controlling food addictive and arrangement the consumption and standard
- Have good Knowledge in maintaining documents,procedures for inspection and testing product in-processing
- Have good knowledge for performance management team
- Bachelor Degree from Chemist as minimum Education Background
- Have experience minimum 3 years as Supervisor or 5 years as Foreman
- Active, Energic and Innovative for any idea in controlling and reduce customer complaint
- English communication fluently to be priority
- Have good attitude and Leadership in arranging all resources delegated in everyshift
- Control cooling tower / waste water/ drinking water analysis according to the standard
- Have good knowledge in controlling food addictive and arrangement the consumption and standard
- Bachelor Degree as minimum education background with minimum 1 years in modification and maintain machine mold in industrial company or
- Technical High School minimum 5 years in modification and maintain machine mold in industrial company
- Perform to install, repair, modification and maintain machine molding in effective and efficient
- Managing Raw Mold Material to ensure traceability, shelf life and prevent contamination
- Stay in Medan
- Have good attitude and ready work in target achievement
