PT Merdeka Mining Service is a subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk. engaged in miningconstruction is looking for candidates who have high qualifications as a:
OHS Superintendent (Code: MMS -- HSE)
Responsibilities:
• To records and maintain site safety data.
• Ensure safety KPl's are reported monthly and take action to address areas of non- achievement of KP l's.
• Coordinate and be involved in internal and external OHS and Environmental Audits.
• Perform inspections of drilling equipment related to HSE aspects and make reports.
• Conduct annual program reviews to check compliance with OHS management systems.
• Development of a safety - oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Develop the required OHS SO P's, procedures, training materials and forms
• Manage compliance to relevant HSE regulatory, standard and company requirements
• Manage company employee HSE communication.
• To be involved in Company and Project specific HSSE audits, record findings and prepare presentation of all audits including, follow-up inspection for NCRs, Action Items, etc
• Regularly conduct site visits to monitor OHS performance and to be involved in site
inspections or OHS programs.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the mining industry.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong familiarity and experience with field exploration and drilling activities (surface and underground).
• Knowledge of vocational health and safety in Exploration & Mining Industry.
• Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
