Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Legal Litigation Assistant ManagerREQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in Litigation Scope of work
- Competent to provide Legal Advisory and expert in Litigation
- Good knowledge and experienced in handling Pre-Litigation (Bad Debt or Collection)
- Good communication, networking and discipline
- Work Location: Head Office - West Jakarta
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct administration function related to the acquisition and renewal of company business license and permit activities, making legal documents of the agreement with the other parties;
- To assist Corporate Legal Manager in planning, coordinating, directing, execute and control of all corporate legal activities;
- Doing administrate the acquisition and renewal of company business license and organization membership;
- Monitor the validity period of cooperation agreements and contracts with other parties, which are made by the Division of Sales, Operations, and other divisions;
- Reports to Corporate Legal Manager and ensure that all corporate legal activities can support the achievement of the Strategic Plan of the Company.
