Job Role Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in day to day operations through effective communications, coaching, training and development
- Ensure effective safety, security and controls performance that meets the global standard
- Oversight and stewardship of assigned personnel in all aspects of warehouse operations; Goods receiving, issuing, storage, and other basic warehouse functions
- Ensure warehouse employees are trained and operate consistent with established procedures, controls and Supply Chain Handbook
- Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with established procedures, controls and Procurement Warehouse Handbook (physical inventories, dormant stock reviews, etc.)
- Administrative Activities: Timesheet management, Metrics stewardship and reporting, stock replenishment approvals, goods/services approvals, controls reports, etc.
- Communicate regularly with the Business Unit Supervisors / Management to assess warehouse performance and develop action plans to continually improve on performance to meet clients objectives
- Manage operating budgets and compliance of local federal and state regulations.
- Perform ongoing personnel performance assessment and counseling
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major (more preferred from Industrial Engineering and Logistic Management) .
- Minimum three years experience in supervisory roles of Warehouse.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management system and SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc) and Powerpoint.
- Have knowledge for oil loss monitoring

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
