Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Mechanical Engineer will apply technical knowledge to design, develop and maintain overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business. In this role, you will perform routine activities related to mechanical, piping and equipment engineering to enable projects and improve our capabilities by providing engineering support for the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Apply general knowledge of principles, terms and practices of mechanical, piping and equipment engineering to support the design and build of safe and reliable operations.
- Coordinate and provide direct support and delivery of services for an operation.
- Execute and support mechanical, piping and equipment engineering standards and deliverables in capital projects.
- Monitor and support progress for low to medium complexity projects ensuring appropriate resource allocation and portfolio prioritization.
- Implement, monitor and track audit control mechanisms within area of scope to track performance and provide actionable solutions that contribute to improvements.
- Support more senior team members to assess mechanical, piping and equipment engineering development and application opportunities and further dissemination across common practice areas.
- Support analysis and develop conclusions regarding areas of improvement and identify opportunities to improve performance and determine acceptable risk tolerance.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate project management skills
- Strong technical and mathematical skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
- Experience of applicable Engineering norm and regulation
- Solid experience on construction environment
- Familiar with food industry process

Job Purpose and Impact
The Capital Projects and Contractor Safety Specialist III will support the build portfolio of projects and manage the environmental health and safety requirements for contractors. In this role, you will ensure all environmental health and safety requirements adhere to all capital projects for all contractors for the region.
Key Accountabilities
- Use capital projects reports to forecast construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Support and monitor the contractor safety management system deployment in the planning process, contractor training and contractor performance evaluation.
- Create and maintain a pool of regional contractors and specialized environmental health and safety personnel with deep understanding of company requirements and expectations to provide the needed support during build projects.
- Implement processes to include the global contractor health and safety requirements when procuring a contractor.
- Develop and foster relationships with regional account managers to ensure environmental health and safety expectations are addressed in contracts with contractors, logistic providers and material suppliers.
- Communicate environmental health and safety contractor management requirements and provide technical guidance and communication consistency.
- Network with industry associations, suppliers, contractors, safety professionals and regulatory bodies to benchmark against industry best practices that should be shared within the company.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Control Analyst assists professional, middle and upper level management positions and work groups to carry out the day to day details of activities required for project success. In this role, you will handle tasks related to administrative processes, meeting or event logistics, customer inquiries, documents, correspondence and data management systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with leadership to ensure all day to day activities around information management, communication, budget planning and adherence and vendor invoicing, payments and reconciliation are handled in a manner to facilitate project success.
- Facilitate the completion of all paperwork and documentation around legal forms, agreements and contracts, human resources, staffing and employee data reports and financial information around budgets, project burn rates and expense monitoring.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure logistical arrangements for conferences and meetings including facility coordination, agenda preparation, participant notification, assembly and distribution of necessary materials and facilitation of travel arrangements for participants.

- Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification
