Posisi dan Kualifikasi
Currently the company is expanding its business and looking for dedicated employees to be placed on the project as:BOP Area Coordinator
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from mechanical or chemical engineering with minimum 10 - 12 years of experience covering the areas:
- 6-8 years in Rayon plant or chemical industry, water treatment and waste water treatment
- 6-8 years of in greenfield/ brownfield projects
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all safety issues and implement the safety programs in the area
- Prepare the technical enquiry for Utility Equipment's : Chiller, Compressor, N2 Plant, Booster Compressor, Cooling Tower
- Prepare the technical enquiry for Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Soft water, DM Water Plant
- Technical discussion with all suppliers and prepare & sign off all technical appendixes
- Prepare the technical evaluation sheet for equipment's / plant
- Kick-off meeting and coordination with supplier for Basic and Detail Engineering and review the manufacturing progress
- Coordination with design institutes to provide the inputs for basic and detail engineering and review & approve the documents
- Visit to supplier workshop for Quality Inspection as per approved ITP
- Follow-up with Supplier for timely Equipment Delivery
- Plan the construction activities with contractors
- Installation of equipment with coordination of all discipline
- Select and Plan the construction activities with contractors
- Coordinate with contractor for work progress and arrange the regular meetings for progress for BOP
- Take the corrective action to solve the construction problem
- Support to piping team for proper coordination
- Plan the checkout and commissioning activities with owner team
- Commissioning the system with supplier and owner
- Prepare all system handover documentation and certificates.
- Complete the As built drawing after construction.
Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau – Indonesia. Housing and other facilities are provided.
