In addition, MNC media also offers pay-tv services through MNC Skyvision. With our three brands: Indovision, TopTV, & Okevision, MNC Skyvision controls 74% of the pay TV market share in Indonesia. We provide the best entertainment lineup compared to our competitors with 31 exclusive channels and a total of 118 channels. With our superior content offerings, a highly effective internal sales force and being the most reliable Satellite provider, MNC Skyvision is best positioned among its peers in signing up subscribers.
Within Online Media, in 2013, we signed a local Joint Venture partnership with Tencent, the largest online gaming company in the world.
Our first product launch was WeChat, a three in one social media application (on screen voice messages, text messages, picture sharing “tweet” messaging) that has reached 50% of Indonesian smartphone users. With its rapid growth, WeChat has tremendeous business opportunities in the area of social media and online gaming.
