Requirements:
• Male
• Educational background bachelor degree (any degree)
• Have experience Production Manager more than 2 years
• Have experience in industry Paint/Ink/Food
• Can speak English well
• Have a knowledge about Safety, Machine Operation, SOP / WI
• Have a good Communication, Teamwork, Analytical skill, Commercial Awareness, Problem Solving.
• Can make budgeting and expenditure, handling manpower
• Can working with under pressure situation.
• Can work as good as at office, lab or factory.
Job Description:
• Prepare and plan monthly production schedule in consultation with GM Production.
• Identify various cost saving measure. Prepare annual budget for plant and ensure it is within range by monitoring same periodically and get approved from concerned authority.
• Resolve technical problems as and when arises.
• Co-ordinate with service dept. for task completion.
• Co-ordinate with SCM team for timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with reference to health and safety regulations.
• Update senior management about plant production performance through monthly review meeting.
• Designing and managing petrochemical processing plants
• Supervising technicians and engineers within the plant
• Designing and operating environmental control systems
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information.
• Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment.
• Providing your team with technical support and training.
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Determining quality control standards
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
