SCOPE OF DESCRIPTION:
In coordination with Operation and
specific project activity to plan, execute and evaluate training program for all personnel based on competency gaps, profession certificates and specific project personnel skills required overtime
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor Degree (Major Technical/Human Resources Management/Management), with minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience in related field from Logistic, transportation & warehousing/ Mining, Oil & gas/Construction
