Qualifications
- Male
- 26 - 35 YO
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical/Material Engineering/etc
- Have organizational experiences
- Have high leadership skills
- Have high mobilization ability
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Have 3 - 5 years experience in Maintenance Rotating Equipment
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage people, teams, and work
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
