Initially the company supplied skilled personnel in Indonesia and overseas, but with rapid growth and development the company expanded its services by supplying expatriate to Oil Company.To date, PT. Adiartha Swabuana has successfully completed numerous projects in the Asia Pacific region and consequently can now geared up to offer rapid mobilization of skilled personnel to meet Client demands in any part the world.

Working experience:
- 7-15 years working experience in petroleum industry,
- Have hydraulic workover unit(HWU) operation experience as Jack Operator or Driller.
- Be familiar with workover operation procedure.be familiar with the hydraulic system of HWU.
2. HWU ( Hydraulic Workover Unit ) Mechanic position requirement
Position statement:
- Be familiar with the working principle of hydraulic workover equipment, very know about equipment inspection, maintenance and repair.
- Be familiar with hydraulic system of hydraulic workover unit
- Report the equipment running status and material management status to the superior in time
- Responsible for handling spare part and material, making purchase requisition for materials
- Responsible for management of material store.
- Responsible for materials receiving and outgoing.
- Rich experience in equipment management.
3. HWU ( Hydraulic Workover Unit ) Toolpusher position requirement
Working experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Completions, Workover and Well Intervention operations.
- At least 2 years in a Toolpusher position or managing well operations.
- Experience with a workover unit or Hydraulic Workover Unit
