Posisi dan Kualifikasi
General Admin - Jakarta SelatanCandidate Requirement :
• Male / Female Max. 30 Years Old
• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate
• 2 years working experience in general administration
• Advanced Excel
• Ability to speak Indonesian and English
• Good communication and coordination skill within internal and external team
• Familiarity with event management
• Familiarity with data analysis methodologies and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the multiple stakeholder’s across different countrie
Job Description :
Administration Processes :
• Preparing Administrative work for the team i.e. registration for external/government event.
• Ensure all personnel comply with the AWS program.
• Work with multi-functional teams to find efficiencies in program and suggest improvement.
• Organize/Manage employee event.
Health Program:
• Ensure the program is running as planned.
• Perform registration and coordinate the employee weekly testing with Testing Provider (Contractor).
• Prepare weekly report and cross check with report from vendor.
