- Maximum age is 30 years old
- Minimum2 years of experiences in similar position
- Understanding recruitment process from A-Z
- Able to using psychological tools test
- Have wide networking
- Good interpersonal skill & analytical thinking
- Domicile around Jambi & Palembang
- Placement on remote site (South Sumatera)
