Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the head of departments and divisions of the user / user in making the company's procurement plan so that an annual procurement planning document is available that is approved by the Management.
- Supervise the operational activities of the procurement of goods and services to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and conformity to specifications so that the needs for goods and services can be met on time
- Analyze and evaluate goods requirements, procurement lead time and costs to ensure that the fulfillment process for the procurement of goods and services runs according to the procurement plan
- Build, maintain long-term partnerships and carry out a Vendor & Contract Management program
- Bachelor Degree of Any major from Reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement Supervisor / Assistant Manager
- Competence in Strategic Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
