Southeast Sulawesi Looking for qualified Candidate to assist in the operation and growth of the
company.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Come and joint our team for the following position:
1. SECRETARY - MANDARIN Code: (SM)
Job Descriptions
 Provide operational support at the office.
 Assist and manage any other duties assigned from time to time.
 Manage day-to-day administrative activities for Director which comprises of managing
calendar, schedule meetings and monthly business reviews
 Go through Director emails and mark action items for follow-ups and remind Director
 Put together Travel Expenses for approval
 Assist with reminders, set-up meeting room and VC facility for board meeting
 Good time management skills.
 Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal & external clients.
 Willing to work at Thamrin-Central Jakarta (HO)
Minimum Requirements
 Women, single
 Max 32 years’ old
 Minimum has 2-years corporate secretarial experience.
 Diploma qualified or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications or relevans
 Perform administrative tasks
 Mandarin is a must, English language is an advantage

2. MANDARIN TRANSLATOR Code: (MT)
Job Descriptions
 Responsible for translation in bilingual (Mandarin/Indonesian),
 Responsible for optimizing the quality of the translation.
 Energic to work in team and be capable of completing translation task (daily).
 Good to collaborate with others on group project.
 Have a deep knowledge about Indonesia' localization.
 Willing to work on Site Kabaena with Roster 8 Week (on) – 2 Week (Off day)
Minimum Requirements
 Male
 Max. 40 Years old
 Fluent in Mandarin.
 SMU/SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree
 Excellent expression skills, writing skills and professional use of words in both
 Chinese and Indonesian.
 Have good communication skill, especially in Mandarin
 Understand Mandarin Language, both on Writing and Listening
 Able to work under pressure

3. HSE KOORDINATOR Code: (HC)
Job Descriptions
 Provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to Department Heads to helps them
fulfil their Safety responsibilities;
 Leasing with the project Safety Superintendent to identify programs to ensure Safety
compliance;
 Conducting internal monthly audits of all department and subcontractor;
 Formulating continues safety improvement program and monitor of the implementation
of the program;
 Participating in and conducting risk assessments and participating in risk assessment
programmes were required;
 Promoting safety through safety training, coaching supervisor to build their capability with
regard to work safely;
 Ensuring that accurate Safety records are always available for Auditing.
 Willing to work on Site Kabaena with Roster 6 Week (on) – 2 Week (Off day)
Minimum Requirements
 Male
 Max. 45 Years Old
 Minimum Diploma Degree Engineering/K3
 Have experience minimum 3-4 years in mining industry as safety coordinator
 Have SMKP and ISO Audit certificate to be preferred;
 Having strong knowledge about Safety, Health & Quality (HSQ) Standard, OHSAS 18001,
SMK3, SMKP, Safety Auditor, risk management process; familiar with Safety
management at all levels
 Have developed SMKP, ISO management system and conducted internal audit and
certification process;
 Have POP/POM Certificate in advantage
 Have good evaluation skills;
 Have excellent knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes;
 Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
 Strong leadership, self-motivated, honest, ability to influence, innovative and problem
solving, good behaviour and can work individually and team work; Excellent
communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

4. SAFETY OFFICER Code: (SO)

Job Descriptions
 Develop, maintain and protect health and safety standards within organization in
accordance with current health and safety legislation and regulation
 Ensuring that office equipment is placed correctly
 Be able to do routine inspection both in Site all areas
 Be able to identify potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks
 Providing health and safety meeting, training preparation for employees
 Ensuring that accurate Safety records are always available for Auditing.
 Willing to work on Site Kabaena with Roster 8 Week (on) – 2 Week (Off day)
Minimum Requirements
 Male,
 Max. 40 Years old
 Minimum Diploma Degree Engineering/K3
 Have experience minimum 1-2 years in mining industry as safety Officer
 Have an active certification of General K3 Expert
 Understand about SMK3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
 Have POP Certificate in advantage
 Able to arrange JSA, Basic Safety Training, etc
 Have a high initiative and a good team work skill

5. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER Code: (HRO)

Job Descriptions:
 Managing HR & GA problems in the company
 Filing documents
 Administrative duties / correspondence
 Mastering the scope of work of HR&GA
 Handling tasks related to GA (General section)
 Recap employee attendance
 Responsible for and control the company’s assets
 Taking care of matters relating to the Manpower and Employment / Health BPJS
 Mastering BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
 Willing to work at Jakarta Office (HO)
Requirements:
 Male/Female
 Max. 35 years’ old
 Education min. D3 (preferably majoring in Administration Science)
 Active, thorough, initiative, agile & communicative
 Minimal 2 years’ experience as HRD & GA
 Can work as a team or individually
 Responsible, hardworking, tough, initiative
 Computer literate (Ms. Office, Email)

6. GEOLOGY DATABASE Code: (GD)

Job Descriptions:
 Ensuring the integrity of the data before entering into the database
 Data management and validation.
 Exporting data for interpretation and reporting.
 Must have a good understanding of the Exploration methods and types of data
generated to be able to identify any problems.
 Able to demonstrate awareness of safety, environmental and community requirements.
 Liaise with Database Supervisor to ensure geology databases are regularly updated
 Ensure all project maps are kept up to date (ensure all maps are correctly archived)
 Willing to work at Jakarta Office (HO)
Requirement:
 Male/Female.
 Fresh Graduated with good computer skills or 1-2-year experience in database
 Basic understanding of Geology would be favorable.
 Familiar with Ms. Office, Acquaire, MapInfo & Surpac
 Excellent planning & organization skills
