Aisin Indonesia Automotive merupakan joint venture antara PT. Aisin Indonesia (AII) – Astra Otoparts Group dengan Aisin Seiki Co., LTD. – Member of Toyota Group.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi

Aisin Indonesia & Aisin Indonesia Automotive are looking candidates for these position:

1. Cost control supervisor (Cikarang)
Job overview: calculate product estimation and monitoring realization of actual product cost

Requirement:
- bachelor degree of industrial engineering/ accounting cost
- age max 28
- proficient at excel & power point
- able to work under pressure
- able to work individual or team

2. Management system supervisor (Karawang)
Job overview: Manage and implement company quality management system relate to the industry.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Max age 28th
- Having knowledge about standardization requirements of Manufacturing company (IATF 16949; ISO 45001, sama ISO 14001)
- Good communication and leadership skill

3. HRD Supervisor (Cikarang)
Job overview: Take care of recruitment, training, pd & od of the company

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of Psychology
- max age 28 th
- 1-3 years experience (preferably same field)
- good interpersonal skill & eager to learn
