PT. Carsurin, Open VACANCY:Logistic Staff
REQUIREMENTS.
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Logistic field is required for this position,
. Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure and details-oriented
. Ability to work independently and in a team.
. Work location Kemayoran, Central Jakarta
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Monitoring and controlling of delivery and shipment of items including preparing DO & GRN
· Coordinate with purchasing team for delivery of item /service.
. Check invoice (delivery fee) from vendor and make sure billing amount is approved by branches
.Fast response and solution in handl ing claim of delivery including insurance claimed
- Submitting routine report, expedition logbook and others necessary report
- Monitoring and record equipment lending purpose and make sure all equ ipment is stored well in
the warehouse
· Controlling and ensure warehouse arrangement is being conducted according to 6S and guidance set up
- Evaluate vendors' performance every 6 months
