Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), which later on was changed into Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Madura Strait.Posisi dan Kualifikasi
SUPERINTENDENT WELL HEAD PLATFORMResponsibilities:
- Implement Operation readiness and assurance activities to ensure flawless Start-up and Smooth Operation of new Field during Project Phase.
- Implement procedures and guidelines with regard to production and maintenance activities in Field Well Head Platform to ensure all activities in the Well Heat Platform are executed effectively and production and safety targets are met
- Bachelor (S1) degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering & other related engineering disciplines
- Having Min. 7- 10 years in production function in Oil and Gas industry in both operational, technical, and commissioning aspects
- Having Min. 3 years handling offshore environment
- Experience in handling Operation Readiness and assurance of new asset
- Familiar with gas processing and production facility in offshore environment
- Familiar with Risk Management tool (Bowtie methodology)
- Having offshore experience in wHP operation is preferable
- Experience in Operation Safety Case of gas processing facility.
- Having knowledge in Schneider Modicon System an Process Expert System is preferable
- Having technical oil and gas knowledge
- Having managerial and communication skill
