Chilibeli adalah aplikasi berbelanja online untuk produk harian seperti buah, sayur, sembako, serta kebutuhan rumah tangga lainnya yang mengusung konsep social commerce - aktivitas jual-beli yang melibatkan interaksi sosial antar pengguna dalam sebuah komunitas melalui jejaring sosial online maupun offline.

Produk dari petani dan produsen FMCG (Fast Moving Customer Goods) akan terhubung langsung ke Mitra Chilibeli, yang berperan memudahkan orang di sekitarnya untuk berbelanja dengan mudah, murah, mendapatkan produk segar berkualitas di dalam suatu lingkungan.

Selain bisa memudahkan orang di lingkungan sekitar, Mitra Chilibeli bisa mendapatkan pendapatan ekstra atau tambahan uang belanja dari setiap transaksi tiap anggota komunitasnya, dengan keleluasaan mengatur waktu untuk hal lainnya.

Admin MNS CMM - Internship
CMM · Jakarta

Duration Minimum 3 months up to 6 months

Job Descriptions
Handled new Supplier Registration/Agreement (coordinated with Supplier and Legal in terms of the process), submitted to Finance
Assist to submitted new item sample from Supplier to Warehouse
Processed the Survey of new SKU according to SOP, and create new SKU in WMS CMS
Assist to notify Pricing if there's price change
Follow up delivery schedule of Purchase Order to Supplier
Assist to coordinated closely with Warehouse, IT & Finance for Inbound Process and also updated each item’s inbound in Invoice Vendor
Handled Payment Approval, Coordinated internally with Finance and externally with Supplier in terms of Payment & fulfillment of Purchase Order
Up stock items to CMS
Requirements

Passionate and eager to learn
Well understand using excel, have the analytical skill & critical thinking.
Fresh graduate or undergraduate student (preferably in last semester)

Logistic Coordinator

Qualification/Skill
1. Experienced in the same field/position at least 1-2 years or fresh graduated are welcome
2. Min Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
4. Proficient computer and administration skills
5. Good communications (written/oral) skills
6. Have strong leadership
7. Able to work underpressure
8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 
Responsibilities
1. Lead the drivers team and the riders team
2. Do Route plan D-1 Before delivery date
3. Compile incentives report data
4. Coordinate with drivers and riders about the delivery process
5. Share the information from top management to the drivers and the riders to make delivery process runs well and team reach the goals
6. Reporting about fleet/vehicle management to management daily or weekly based
7. Vehicle utility report
8. Ensure the packages that handover from warehouse team to logistics side area meet with the delivery data
9. Reporting to management if any advices from drivers and riders
10. Collects and review fuel consumptionand monthly vehicle usage
11. Collects delivery data that can be used for management side
12. Work closely with coordinator under supervise of supervisor

Qualification/Skill
1. At least 3-5 years working experience in Logistic/Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be advantage
2. Hold Bachelor/ Diploma degree
3. Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word & visio
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
5. Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skill
6. Ability to lead & coordinate daily activities/processes and committed to get the job done
7. Strong background in managing people/staff in multiple levels

Responsibilities
1. Planning, Reporting and analysis of operational activities
2. Running the logistic program instructed by the Logistic Manager
3. Do problem solving of each unit in Logistic
4. Improve the ability of each work units in carrying out their duties and responsibilities
5. Conduct weekly meetings, monthly for review operation performamnce
6. Responsible for the infrastructure in the work unit
7. Responsible to create service excellence and achievement of operational based on KPI & SOP
