Your contribution to something big
Maintain and supervise warehouse operation KPI and activity to align with the target defined by respective stake holders, including any escalation and special arrangement for the transportation.
SAP WM key user for all ERP system, including EWM if implemented.
Liase with warehouse Logistic Service Provider (LSP) to control & check clean transaction in SAP
Stock movement/WM.
Ensure warehouse Gemba Walk conducted regularly throughout warehouses.
Established regular supervision / visit to Local Distribution Center (LDC) warehouse to ensure operation stability and seek for improvement potential.
Collect and maintain information related to warehouse operation KPI (int/ext) and cost report.
Initiative optimization for warehouse improvement and CIP (incl FMEA initiation).
Support and working together with LSP for ERP-WM troubleshooting.
Other administrative and ad-hoc duties assign by superior (i.e analysis and oth)
What distinguishes you
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistic equivalent.
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in Logistic management, especially planning, distribution, and warehousing.
Proficient in written and speaking English.
High level of entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Flexible and customer-oriented.
Excellent knowledge of standard software (MS Excel, MS Power Point.
Well-versed in basic SAP knowledge
