PT Synergy Oil Nusantara (PTSON) is a port-based refinery and fractionation facility on the Indonesian island, Batam, exporting derivatives of palm for the bakery, confectionery, industrial and HoReCa industries.Posisi dan Kualifikasi
We are an established Refinery Palm Oil plant in Kabil, Batam, We have a new facility for Shortening, Margarine and Lauric plant, including phase 3 project expansion on Refinery Plant. Currently We are looking for a professional person for position below:1. Production Manager (Refinery Plant)
2. Production Shift Supervisor (Lauric Plant)
General Qualifications:
- Min Diploma Degree in Related Subject (Technical/Engineering study)
- Must have 5 year experience in same position in Refinery plant (No.1}
- Must have 3 year experience in same position in Lauric plant (No.2)
Position Purposes:
a. Responsible to plan, supervise and maintain Refinery and Fractionation activities as per
company policy and target.
b. Able to manage team and do problem solving day and ensure production and operation are
running well.
