PT Adaro Indonesia (AI) adalah perusahaan pertambangan terbesar dalam Grup Adaro, yang terutama menjalankan operasi pertambangan batu bara di Kalimantan Selatan dan Kalimantan Tengah berdasarkan Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batu Bara (PKP2B) dengan Pemerintah Indonesia hingga tahun 2022 dengan hak untuk memperpanjang periode kontrak berdasarkan persyaratan dan ketentuan dalam PKP2B maupun peraturan perundangundangan yang berlaku. Kepemilikan atas AI terdiri dari Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand International Company Limited (EGATi), perusahaan listrik negara Thailand, dan PT Alam Tri Abadi, anak perusahaan AE, dengan porsi 11,5% dan 88,5%. Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for process and management of development and improvement data related to people and warehouse, including but not limited to:
- Analyse the necessity of development dan improvement throughout Logistic Departmen
- Do the mapping of manpower needs of Logistic Department in all jobsites
- Ensure audit process is well-implemented in all jobsites
- Monitor assessment process for all positions in Logistic Department
- Hold a minimum of Diploma 3 from any major
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in Logistic department from mining industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Exposure in office management software such as SAP would be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess good communication skill

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible to do all the administrative works in Recruitment Department, including, but not limited to:
- Prepare supporting documents related with recruitment and selection process
- Create and update records and databases of personnel, financial, and other data
- Handle documents filing
- Liaise with Finance to ensure all invoice related with recruitment and selection process are well-processed
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) with third party
Job Requirements
- Holds Bachelor’s Degree of Management / Accounting / Business Administration
- Proven experience as an office administrator, officer assistant, or relevant role
- Familiar with office management procedure and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Exposure in office management software such as SAP would be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Possess good communication skill
