Treasury AccountantJob Description
To support treasury function, especially monitoring petty cash and bank account, support and provideadministration required by bank, company procedures and other financial authorities, liaise with external parties such as bank and ensuring the compliance and relationship are well established.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Relevant experience minimum 2 years in Finance & Accounting
- Experience in managing Account Receivable, Leasing Transactions and Cash flow reporting.
- Familiar in Excel and SAP ERP System
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Responsibilities:
- Check / review accounting for transactions.
- Compile and maintain daily settlement data across all payment streams and all bank accounts.
- Provide input into the monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury business plan.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trade reports.
- Enter and process treasury transactions into the main accounting system.
- Provide process of invoicing on time.
- Maintain daily cash flow to optimize and minimize cash holdings.
- Maintain the balance, mix, yield, and duration of deposits and loans to assist with determining the optimal balance sheet structure.
- Maintain and report off-balance sheet exposure with particular emphasis on commitment to assist with minimizing liquidity holdings.
- Arrange proper filing of outstanding and matured transactions.
- Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
