Requirements:

- min 10 years of related experience
- Degree in Law (preferable) from reputable university
- Able to speak & write english
- Responsible for:

2. Communication with Disnaker and local communities
3. Employee Recruitment and Termination
4. Employee development program
5. Employee motivation and communication
6. CSR program
- Strong leader and able to work underpressure
- Self motivated leader with minimal supervision
- willing to work at Batu Hijau, NTB
