Chakra Jawara (CJ) was established on December 1, 2000 with offering "Integrated Machineries and Transport Equipment Solutions in Indonesia" to customers operating in the mining, forestry, construction, oil & gas, and container trucks. A total of 300 employees are located in Jakarta and branches in Palembang, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin and Papua.

HR Supervisor - Kuala Kencana (Papua)
Job Description :
Plan,
implement and oversee all HR operational activities in accordance with
policies, procedures and systems companies to support the smooth process
of the activities in the HR (Training, OD & ComBen) at the Head
Office and branches of PT Chakra Jawara throughout Indonesia.
Job Requirement :
Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post
Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management,
Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): job evaluation,Organizational Development, trainer, Compensation And Benefit.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have working experience in mining company.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Placement in Kuala Kencana - Papua
